Deena will work hand in hand with executives to design and implement goals related to enhancing executive presence and developing an impactful leadership style.
Through this engagement, executives will work to build insight, make change and build their leadership advantage. Clients move through a process that involves a 6 person stakeholder feedback assessment, a formal leadership style assessment and a variable number of coaching sessions with Deena. Throughout the program there will be coach facilitated feedback sessions with Deena and the executive’s manager or HR lead as well as a completion session to leave the leader with actionable goals moving forward.
